Until midlife, my focus was on career ambitions and building a place for myself in society. This endeavour was “complicated” by the fact that my “special interests and inclinations” towards spirituality, astrology and related fields kept demanding my attention.

During my school years, I invested every free minute in sport — figure skating — and later in music, especially the piano. After graduating from high school, I toured the world for two years as a figure skater with the well-known ice show Holiday on Ice, experiencing the close-knit collaboration of artists from many different countries. During these travels, I began to study the teachings of Omraam Mikael Aivanhov in depth in my free time. I developed various ritual practices, such as greeting all the elements, nature beings and angels in the morning, as well as simple breathing and yoga exercises. Omraam’s teachings continued to accompany me for many years. After my life in show business, I returned to Zurich and worked for a while in a large hotel, so as not to lose the scent of the wider world entirely.

During this time, I found my first long-term spiritual teacher and astrologer, Eva Gostoni. I had my first in-depth astrological consultation at around the age of 23. Inspired by her example, I went on to study psychology, completing a Master’s degree in personality psychology and diagnostics.

I financed my studies mainly through a job in the training and HR department of a major bank. I developed ambition, accepted a full-time position after graduating, was promoted and had the opportunity to travel for business. Alongside this, I led a kind of double life: twice a week I attended meditation sessions, met with Eva Gostoni for consultations, and on weekends I was inspired by esoteric workshops, training in intuitive perception and much more — with astrology often forming part of the teachings. After thirteen years in banking, I could no longer ignore the call for a “turning point” that had been making itself felt for some time — a Uranus transit over my Ascendant. Without any external reason, I resigned and began working as a full-time job coach, leading application courses in different regions of Switzerland. I very much enjoyed the independence and the social dimension of this work.

After two years, I was drawn back into the business world and became programme manager for specialists and leaders at an insurance company. But fate soon had other plans: a health crisis took me out of regular everyday life for several months. I worked intensively with alternative healing methods, including Bradley Nelson’s Emotion Code and Body Code, EFT / tapping on the meridians, toning and working with my own voice. And I began a professional astrological training at SFER in Zurich, finally building up systematically the knowledge that had long been simmering within me, but had always played “only” on the side stage.

Impatiently, I absorbed everything I could, using every free minute and every reserve of energy to build up my understanding of the fascinating body of knowledge that is astrology. The question of whether all this could be true never really arose for me. For as long as I can remember, I have “known” that the celestial movements of the planets and stars form a 4D mirror of our earthly 3D reality — and that much depends on how well the astrologer is able to read this mirror and translate it into language that can be understood. Around this time, I took on a psychological role as a group leader in the potential assessment of people with psychological — and physical — impairments.

In spring 2021, Claude Weiss, publisher and experienced mundane astrologer, entrusted me with the editorial leadership of the professional and beautiful magazine ASTROLOGIE HEUTE. After 28 issues and almost five years, I could no longer ignore the inner call towards self-employment as a consulting psychological astrologer, which is why I resigned at the end of 2025.

At the beginning of 2026, I fulfilled a long-held dream and spent several weeks exploring the wonderfully mad city of New York. Recharged with inspiration and new horizons — something my Sagittarius stellium in the 9th house loves! — I am now enormously looking forward to the new work awaiting me in my astrology practice, Kissing the Stars.
